Cosmeceuticals contain active ingredients in high enough concentration to creat an active change in the skin. Targeting concerns like reducing redness, fading pigmentation, increasing cell turnover for clearer younger skin. 

Cosmeceuticals are sold also in good chemists and through cosmetic and aesthetic clinics

It may seem confusing but there are a few key ingredients/products for a simple am and pm regime to see better quality skin.
